A new programme designed to help grow life sciences and technology businesses has received backing from Highlands and Islands MSP Donald Cameron.
The Pathfinder Accelerator programme, which has been developed by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), is a free scheme which aims to deliver fast-track training and mentoring.
The programme is part of HIE’s Northern Innovation Hub which was set up with £11m from the UK Government as part of the Inverness and Highland City Region Deal.
Highlands and Islands MSP Donald Cameron said:
“As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever that we invest in businesses that will create high-skilled jobs for people across the Highlands and Islands.
“That is why I am delighted that this UK Government supported scheme will help many existing and emerging businesses grow and develop.”
